Life is multi-faceted, I believe in order to work towards achieving wellness we must consider the many facets that contribute to our mental health, including, but not limited to, social relationships, physical health, and environmental factors. Looking through a person-in-environment lens we can begin to understand the influence that our surroundings have on us and the role it plays in our lives. 

I am passionate about helping people identify their strengths and build confidence through mental health therapy. I work alongside clients to build the skills needed to achieve their goals. There is great strength that can come from a positive therapeutic relationship. Through rapport building, empathetic listening, and providing a safe space I aim to help clients navigate the challenges that life presents while gaining resilience.
